JEREMY & JAY
Jeremy & Jay have over 40 years of combined experience in biomechanical assessment, skills teaching and therapeutic services. Their expertise and approach to human performance will guide you along your “Roadmap To Success”.
Dr. Jeremy J Wojtkiw, BSc, DC (Ret.), Manual Therapist
For the last 20 years, Dr. Wojtkiw has professionally pursued his interest in human biomechanics to best minimize injury and maximize performance for his valued client base.
A native Calgarian and graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Jeremy is very excited to introduce KinesioX to his hometown marketplace. By combining his passion for how the human body moves and utilizing cutting edge 3-D diagnostic technology, KinesioX represents the logical synergy of both.
Outside of his professional address, Dr. Wojtkiw is a life-long member of the Calgary Winter Club where he spends quality time swimming, bowling, and playing badminton/squash with his wife, Helena, and their two boys – Keegan and Tristan.
Having once played soccer at a local elite level, Jeremy continues to share his knowledge and expertise by coaching the youth within his local association.
Jay, a native Calgarian, has been in the athlete performance business professionally since 1990. Through the years, he’s developed an understanding that each person is unique, not only in what they need to work on, but also how much and what type of information should be communicated. His years of experience have helped him to best connect with each client and inspire them to be the best they can be.
Although Jay’s professional career has mostly been centered around coaching golf, Jay developed a deep passion to understand the scientific methods to measure, study and model ‘human’ motion as it relates to sports, ever since meeting Chris Welch, a wold renowned biomedical / biomechanical engineer and founder of ZenoLink back in 2006.
Meeting Chris, listening to him speak from such a different perspective & viewpoint… then backing it up with objective 3-D data analytics, was truly an “Ah-Ha” moment for me!
Jay is fortunate to work with numerous forms of clinical level, objective technologies on a daily base and follows the motto: If You Don’t Measure… It’s Just a Guess! With this, Jay has access to exclusive research and has developed relationships with many of the world’s leading biomechanists, coaches, trainers and engineers which he says has helped him become who he is today.
Outside of his professional life, Jay enjoys spending time on and around the water, playing golf with his wife Erin and family time (when he can get it) with their two children Kalei & Jordan.
